We’re almost at the halfway mark of this year’s NZ Music Month now, but that doesn’t mean you get to slack off!
There’s still plenty happening all over the country for the next couple of weeks, so set aside a bit of time to go through our gig guide ASAP.

Lawrence Arabia plays solo at Mighty Mighty in Wellington.
Also in Wellington, Antagonist A.D. play an all-ages show at Zeal
Thought Creature are at the Blue Ice Café in Franz Josef

The one and only John Rowles at Stadium Southland, Invercargill
Lisa Crawley plays the Auckland Central Library at 1pm
Dean Roberts is at Auckland’s Wine Cellar
dDub perform at Flow in Hamilton
Yule & Dear Time's Waste are at Refuel in Dunedin
Saturday May 16
Music For The Children – a variety concert featuring Helen Medlyn with accompanist Penny Dodd, Hinewehi Mohi and more is at the Centrestage Theatre, Orewa.
The Drab Doo-Riffs are instore at Real Groovy Auckland at 4pm
Smashproof may have eventually ended their reign atop the singles chart, but they’re playing The Bedford in Christchurch
Grand Prix and The Alpha State play Port Chalmers’ Chicks Hotel
The Kiwiana Music Month Tour ft Kiri Eriwata with Gerry Rooderkerk at The Pepper Tree, Coromandel Town
Sunday May 17
