True to 95bFM’s commitment to independent music and supporting local talent, they’re kicking off NZ Music Month with another bStreet party on May 1st at Britomart. Immediately following the NZ Music Month Official Launch, 95bFM will take over Northern Steamship, Union Fish, and Racket Bar from 8pm with performances from P-Money, The Checks, DJ Sir-Vere, Popstrangers, The Tutts, Lisa Crawley, Homebrew Crew, Ruby Frost, DJ Penfold, and DJ Connor Nestor! To access all the venues, you’ll need your trusty bCard - which can be picked up from www.95bFM.com, the 95bFM offices, or on the night for only $9.50. Plus you’ll get a bCard discount on drinks at Northern Steamship ($1 off tap beer) and Racket (free Tiger beer or Jameisons & Dry)!
bStreet 2010 builds on the success of bStreet 2009 in December of last year. “We had such success with the last one, we couldn’t resist throwing another party at Britomart. The precinct is perfect for the vibe we’re trying to achieve, and we couldn’t be happier that Britomart is hosting the start of NZ Music Month and we get to be a part of it,” says 95bFM Marketing Coordinator Sarin Moddle.
May 1st will be the definitive start to NZ Music Month - come party with us!
