NZ Music Month will see the return of National Recording Studios Open Day. Between midday and 4pm on Saturday May 28 a variety of professional audio studios around the country will open their front doors to anyone interested in taking a good look inside. Owners, engineers and staff will be on hand to answer any questions about the studio and the recording, mixing and record mastering processes.

An impressive physical and stylistic range of 14 music recording facilities, from Dunedin to Silverdale, are taking part in the second National Recording Studios Open Day on Saturday May 28, from midday to 4pm. They include community and university facilities, two newly opened private studios and several of the country’s best known and most highly regarded studios.
