Joe Kaptein Quartet - Upside Down Lounge

Keyboardist Joe Kaptein returns to Goblin for the first of a run of gigs with a fresh quartet of bassist Hank Trenton (making a rare appearance on land before the magic boat beckons once more!), drummer George Brajkovich, and percussionist Ruby Walsh. The group will be exploring a batch of new originals on a latin kick, as well as assorted tunes and flavours from the likes of Henry Mancini, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and others, in preparation for recording an album in mid-2026 for Auckland record label Jandal Records.

Might even be recorded live.
