Free gigs for everyone!
Uptown is full of musical people – home to iconic venues, recording studios and a thriving community of creatives.
This May, in celebration of NZ Music Month, we present the Uptown Local Voices Series – a series of free, spontaneous pop-up gigs bringing live music to unexpected spots across the neighbourhood!
Discover the sound of Uptown at our series of performances, popping up in local venues, community spaces, cafés and bars.

Internationally recognised, they won the 2025 ISSA Gold for “No Greater Love” and are multi-time US award nominees. They’ve performed in Nashville multiple times, including appearances around the Grand Ole Opry. Blending classic country influences with 90s rock, their sound is both heartfelt and dynamic.
