**Connection • Listening • Musical Confidence**

Ever wanted to jam but didn’t know how to start?
Or are you already a seasoned jammer looking to connect with other local musicians?

The Jammability Workshop is a playful, heart-led exploration of what it really means to “jam” — not just musically, but relationally.

Many people feel drawn to improvisation and collaborative music-making, but hold back because of self-doubt, lack of experience, or uncertainty about how to join in. This workshop gently breaks down those barriers by focusing on the foundational skills that make jamming accessible to everyone: listening, feeling, responding, and trusting the moment.

Participants are invited to bring an instrument of choice — or simply their body and voice — and will be guided through a dynamic flow of:

* Interactive group games
* Simple musical frameworks
* Collaborative jam sessions

Through these waves of activity, attendees will learn how to:

* Enter and exit a jam naturally
* Support and lead within a group setting
* Find rhythm and harmony without overthinking
* Build musical confidence through connection and play

Jammability is about unlocking the innate ability to co-create music with others, regardless of skill level. Mistakes are welcomed as part of the process, and connection takes precedence over correctness.

Whether you’re completely new to improvisation or looking to deepen your confidence in collaborative music-making, this workshop offers a welcoming space to explore the joy of making music together.
