Aotearoa Discover with Charlotte Ryan
Music tastemaker Charlotte Ryan has curated an Aotearoa local music playlist with NZ On Air to coincide with the 25th anniversary of NZ Music Month.
Charlotte Ryan, most recently the presenter of RNZ’s Music 101, says the playlist is a collaboration with NZ On Air that celebrates a selection of recent releases from the Aotearoa music scene.
“It is such an exciting opportunity,” says Ryan. “Introducing people to new music is one of my greatest passions – so being able to curate such a playlist with the team at NZ On Air and introduce some incredible new talent to audiences is right up my alley.”
‘Aotearoa Discover with Charlotte Ryan’ includes 40 new or recent tracks – with this playlist specifically out in time for NZ Music Month.
From indie grooves to soulful vocals, the playlist features Ladi6, Marlon Williams, Womb, Lontalius, Serebii and so many more local artists.
