Auckland indie-rockers PARK RD return with their first new music for 2025, with new single ‘Antidote’.

A laid-back track that is built around upbeat guitars, combining with a sing-along chorus and tight grooves, ‘Antidote’ follows on from the single ‘English Boy’ (released at the end of 2024), continuing a rawer sound for their new material. 

Recorded and tracked live with producer Jol Mulholland (Neil & Liam Finn, Connan Mockasin), the track shows another step forward for PARK RD’s evolving sound. 

The release comes as the band returns to Australia for a run of headline shows this May, fresh from supporting The Jungle Giants on their tour of New Zealand. Since the release of their debut album THE NOVEL in 2024, the band have played live extensively across Australia and New Zealand, including a main-stage appearance at Electric Avenue, New Zealand’s largest festival.
